SLMail 3.1 is found to have several bugs. SLhell uses a buffer overflow vulnerability in the "helo" command. If you issue "helo" followed by 855 to 2041 characters the server will crash with a typical overflow error. Most often without any trace in the logs whatsoever. In future versions of SLhell you will be able to set the processor to 90% use which really slows down the server.
